SITE ACQUISITION
Meridiem can help you identify suitable sites for solar farms, wind farms, battery energy storage systems or other types of renewable energy.  We use a comprehensive constraints based approach to sieve out the most suitable areas for your project.
In addition to site identification we can also act as your land agent and main point of contact with prospective landowners.   We will secure exclusivity agreements, heads of terms, option and lease agreements and any other legal agreements required to give you land security for your project.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Meridiem can project manage portfolios of renewable projects or single one off projects.  We can provide a flexible design solution to meet your needs
PLANNING
Meridiem offers turnkey bespoke planning services including, pre-apps meetings with councils, public consultation events, planning applications, appeals, discharge of conditions and constraints analysis for site identification

Meridiem's team has secured planning permission for over 500 Megawatts (MWs) of solar farms, battery storage and rooftop solar projects in Ireland and the U.K..
GRID SERVICES
Meridiem can provide grid intelligence to it's clients helping them to identify suitable sites for new renewable energy projects.   
We can liaise with ESB Networks and EirGrid on your behalf in order to ensure you secure a viable grid connection for your project.
